How we do it:
School Carnival
Our biggest fundraising event of the year, the Parkview School Carnival is a fun-filled evening for the whole family! With exciting games, silent auctions, raffles, delicious food, prize, and more, it’s a can’t-miss celebration of school spirit. This large-scale event relies on a dedicated team of volunteers to make it a success—from game monitors and ticket sellers on the day of, to several committee chairs who help coordinate in the weeks leading up.
Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair is a beloved fundraiser that brings the joy of reading to Parkview! Held before, during, and after school hours, the fair offers students the chance to shop for books, journals, posters, and fun trinkets. Kids love the excitement of browsing and buying, and the PTO loves that proceeds—earned in Scholastic Dollars—go directly back into our classrooms and school community. With multiple shifts across several days, this event offers plenty of volunteer opportunities, including cashier, restocker and traffic control.
Celebration Rock
Make your Bullpup feel extra special by signing up to paint the rock in front of the school! Whether it’s a birthday shoutout, a big achievement or just a fun surprise, decorating the rock is a creative way to celebrate your student and show some school spirit. Spots fill quickly, so be sure to claim your date early!
Donuts with Your Dude
This sweet before-school tradition invites students to bring a special dude for a morning of quality time and donuts. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to strengthen connections and make lasting memories over a tasty treat. Volunteers help set up, serve and keep things running smoothly to make the event special for all who attend.
Bagels with Your Gal
Just like its donut-themed counterpart, this heartwarming event invites students to bring a special gal for a morning of connection and breakfast treats before school. With bagels, beverages and smiles all around, it’s a wonderful way to start the day together. Volunteers help with setup, food service and cleanup to make it a memorable experience for all.
Girls and Their Special Guy Event
This cherished event is all about celebrating the special bond between Parkview girls and the important guys in their lives. While it’s traditionally been a dance held at school, the format is up to the creativity of the committee chairs each year! Volunteers and planners help bring the vision to life and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
Boys and Their Special Lady Event
This fun-filled event celebrates the bond between Parkview boys and a special lady in their lives. From energetic activities like last year’s dodgeball game to other creative formats, the event is shaped by the imagination of that year’s committee chairs. Volunteers help make the event smooth, safe and full of smiles.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Our amazing teachers go above and beyond every day, and Teacher Appreciation Week is our chance to show just how much we value them! Each day of the week, the PTO plans something special—meals, treats, gifts and thoughtful surprises—to express our gratitude for their dedication to our students and school community. It’s a true team effort, and we welcome volunteers to help plan, contribute and deliver joy throughout the week.
Looking for low-effort ways to support the PTO?
These events are perfect for families who want to contribute without a big time commitment!
Dine to Donate Events
Skip the cooking and support Parkview at the same time! Throughout the year, we partner with local restaurants for Dine to Donate nights—just eat at the featured location, mention Parkview and a portion of the sales will be donated back to the PTO. It’s an easy (and delicious!) way to give back.
Groth's Mums Sale
Add a pop of color to your fall while supporting Parkview! We partner with Groth’s Country Gardens in Cedarburg to offer beautiful mums in a variety of vibrant shades. Families can pre-order their plants and pick them up at the school—it's an easy way to support the PTO and beautify your home or garden.
